Clint has served in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years as a Commercial Broker and Developer. His expertise and market knowledge to identify land, develop properties and bring in world class tenants is an asset to the team. He has deep experience in Retail and Mixed-use Developments. Executing several large-scale projects throughout his career. Clint has consistently exceeded the investment goals for himself and his partners growing the company to over 40 properties under development. With this unique experience, Clint provides the team with consistent off market opportunities and assists with specialized view on the planning, zoning, permitting, and leasing of all of our projects
Clint has been recognized as a top producer in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. He was awarded one of the highest achievements, The Partner’s Circle Award, in 2014 and became the 4th highest producer in the State of Florida. In 2007, Clint closed the second highest commercial deal in Southwest Florida selling the Sarasota Hyatt Regency for $65 million.
Clint also Co-founded JBCC Development which specializes in the development of multiple single tenant buildings. Some of the tenants that he has worked with include: Chick-Fil-A, Wawa, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Starbucks and many more.
